A Message from the Executive Director

Thank you for visiting our website. My name is Sandra M. Strozier and I serve as the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Newnan (HAN), Housing Authority of Palmetto, Housing Authority of Senoia and Housing Authority of Union City. We are proud to be your source for affordable housing as well as programs that promote self-sufficiency, homeownership, and community and economic development to enhance the lives of those we serve. We believe that public housing is a stepping stone that empowers individuals to become the best they can be. Our motto is "Meeting the Challenge"; we help our clients by offering programs to help them achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence.

I encourage you to take a moment to explore and learn about the programs and/or services offered by the HAN. We have a professional and dedicated staff waiting to serve you. Benjamin E. Mays once stated; "It must be borne in the mind that the tragedy of life doesn't lie in not reaching your goal.
